Typically expected to have a High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of post high school education or training and one to four years of Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience.
Basic office skills to include: simple research capabilities, knowledge of the operations and maintenance of standard office equipment, sufficient familiarity with standard office software to create or modify spreadsheets or word processing documents.
Skill level requirement: completion of the following assessment tests with a passing score: Microsoft Word-Basic, and Following Instructions.
Optional tests include: Outlook and Microsoft Essentials.
