We are looking for a talented **Commercial Lubricants Advisor** to join our team specializing in **Sales** for our **Distribution Business** in **San José, Costa Rica.**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- **Ensure achievement of set objectives: financial targets, customer base or portfolio, product sales volume, maintenance of current portfolio, and expansion of future portfolio.**
- ** Technical consultancy for lubricant clients.**
- ** Creation of a pool of prospective clients and management of pipeline business, generating portfolio control reports, sales reports, accounts receivable reports from clients, and updating client records.**
- ** Alignment with and adherence to administrative, operational, and occupational safety policies and procedures.**
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- **Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and customer service in lubricants sector.**
- ** University degree (industrial, mechanic or related field).**
- ** Experience in product development (line introduction, target customer identification, promotion strategy, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, inventory analysis, and local availability analysis).**
- ** Field visits to clients, national routes.**
**Proficiency in computer tools (Netsuite Oracle).**
