Application Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the single point of contact for customer questions and concerns.
Provide professional, concise communication with customers to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
- Engage directly with customers, account management, product development, and QA teams, and ensure robust status communication and satisfactory resolution.
- Enable new customer accounts and configure the systems based on each client's specific business needs.
Provide end user training to help customers learn and use the systems effectively.
- Identifying root causes, proposing test cases and fixes, and verifying the solution while working closely with product development teams.
- Document incident cases, feature requests, and customer questions.
**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of prior experience in Technical/Customer Support.
- Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise.
- Strong continuous learning skills to adapt to new technologies and product offerings.
- Detailed, organized, results oriented, and ability to effectively prioritize issues as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(C1).
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong values surrounding teamwork and peer communication.
- Proficiency in SQL and Office tools.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Redis, and Event Hub.
- Knowledge of or experience in the logistics industry preferred.
