This position is responsible for Subject Matter Expertise and analytical support for the end-to-end Accounts Payable invoice and payment process.
As a member of the AP Support Team this individual works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Vendors and SDC Management, and business units.
In addition, the Analyst will work with other members of the AP, Procurement and AP Support team to respond to requests and inquiries, including any/all necessary research and actions for problem resolution

- Monitoring and analyzing a high volume of both internal and external non invoice payment requests.
Payment requests include, but are not limited to Rent, Partner Network/DSO payments, ELP, legal settlements and government affairs, Customer Refunds, and charitable contributions.
- Subject Matter Expert for the Coupa Invoice processing tool, as well as the vendor invoice (bills) processing and reporting functionality within NetSuite, including primary point of contact for vendors and SDC internal stakeholders for problem resolution.
- Work collaboratively with AP Support and AP Teams to monitor interaction with vendors regarding issues relating to invoices.
- Maintain P2P Master Listing, Check Status Report and other AP support reports and listings as assigned
- Enter or upload requests into the NetSuite system, ensuring requests are coded to the correct general ledger accounts and cost centers and comply with AP policies and controls.
- 1099 Annual Reporting, including working with tax and staying up to date with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Work with Finance management to create/update dashboards and distribute key management reports to monitor key performance indicators and SLAs
- Assist with and ensure successful quarterly and year end audits in areas related to accounts payable.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
- B2+/C English level.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems with analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and customer service approach.
- A sense of humor and passion for making people smile.
- Team building skills, treats people fairly, demonstrating sensitivity to differences and appreciation for diverse perspectives and opinions.
