The AP business specialist position reports to Accounts Payable QA Team Lead.
The position performs various vendor management tasks on a daily and monthly basis, including creating, updating, and maintaining of vendor master data in Coupa and NetSuite.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports as required/requested by the Supervisor
- Assist with special projects, internal and external requests, and other business segment accounting teams
- Inbox management for suppliers and internal customers on creation and updates
- Maintains and updates vendor files within the accounting software
- Create and maintain the proper tracker for vendor creations and modifications
- Assist vendors with all questions and issues related to the Coupa SIM form process for vendor onboarding
- Review and action invoices that come in for processing that are flagged as "no existing vendor"
- Document and update current SOPs
Qualifications:
**technical requirements**:
- 1+ year of effective, working knowledge of all master data management and/or vendor master data processes and procedures
- Technical degree in business administration in Accounting or Accounting required or 2 years of bachelor's career
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses, and regions
- Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
- Knowledge of Coupa
- English level B2+
