The Junior Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing invoices/payments/T&E audit. Analyze vendors' statement of accounts, provide invoice/payment status to internal/external clients. Troubleshoot invoice/payment/T&E processing.
**What you'll do**
- Process invoices/payments and/or execute T&E audit
- Troubleshoot invoice/payment/T&E processing
- Review vendor statements, open items and work on solutions for the inconsistencies that are found in the invoice processing queue (WCI)
- Provide invoice/payment status to internal and external clients
**What experience you need**
- English level B2-C1
- High School Diploma
- 1 year Excel Experience
**What could set you apart**
- Six months or more in AP/T&E positions within the Shared Services Environment providing support to multiple Countries or Regions
- R12 Oracle Financial experience
- University career student in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
