**The Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst will be an organized, detail-oriented person, responsible for processing invoices through excel reports to a web platform.
Analyze vendor's statements of accounts.
Support internal and external audits.
**:
**What you'll do**:
- **Process invoices/payments and/or T&E expense reports audit**:
- **Troubleshoot invoice/payments/T&E processing**:
- **Review vendor statements, open interface items, and work on solutions for invoices sent to the invoice processing queue**:
- **Provide invoice/payment status to internal and external clients**:
- **Handle internal/external audit routine and non-routine requests.

- **Support the unclaimed Property process.
**:
**What experience you need**:
- **Two or more years in AP/T&E Audit positions within the Shared Services environment.
**:
- **English Level B2**:
- **85% Excel knowledge.
**:
**What could set you apart**:
- **R12 Oracle Financial experience.
**:
- **Canon Invoice Automation System experience.
**:
- **University career student in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration**:
