**The Job: AP Analyst**
**You will**:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, analyzing SOWs, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices Concur
- Responsible for IRS 1099 compliance and collect W-9 information from vendors
- Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices
- Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
- Support the AP daily responsibilities, vendor data management, and manage Vendor Master File
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
**You have**:
- Thorough understanding of general accounting
- Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience using SAP Concur
- Proven analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Be a persistent, creative problem solver.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
