**Job Description**:
May lead moderately complex processes in support of the Global Process and SOX controls within agreed SLAs. Follow up, addressing and preventing issues related to not reconciled entries on GR-IR account and work coordination with Source To Pay teams in relation to GR-IR account reconciliation. Works under limited supervision.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role:

- Coordinate and/or support cross-functional project teams to identify problems, map processes, analyze data and develop & implement solutions to address root cause(s).
- Analyzing booked entries on GR IR account for all countries according to the Global Process and SOX controls within agreed SLAs.
- Active support for audits and compliance with the principles contained in the document SOX.
- Maintaining a good relationship with clients through the efficient and comprehensive answering questions and proactively addressing issues.
Main requirements:
- 3+ years relevant work experience in Global Shared Services, preferably with deep operational Source to Pay or Report to Report experience.
- Intermediate English knowledge is required, any other language is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements that stretch beyond direct area of responsibility.
- ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP or Peoplesoft).
