Android Software Engineer

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: More than 9 years of experience in Android software development, with a solid track record of successful projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
- Advanced experience with MVVM, Jetpack Compose, and other modern architectures and frameworks.
- Knowledge in payment module development and third-party API integration.
- Familiarity with cross-platform development technologies like Flutter for collaboration with iOS teams and other frameworks as needed.
- Experience with Node JS and backend services to handle server-side logic and app integration.
- **Leadership and Teamwork**:

- Proven ability to lead development teams, guiding projects from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to align development objectives with corporate goals.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Development and Design**:

- Implement best coding practices, including code review, unit testing, and automation.
