**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:
- Triage and resolve Anaplan data quality requests using ITSM
- Develop and implement data quality rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data capture and maintenance
- Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures, including terminology, definitions, and data categorization
- Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
- Provide recommendations and system enhancements to address source data issues
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports
- Perform ad hoc data quality analyses as needed
- Build and support Anaplan Sales Performance Management (SPM) models
- Implement and maintain WalkMe and AI Chatbot for Anaplan models
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Analytics, or Informatics
- 1+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field
- Working knowledge of ITSM, Anaplan, RightData, and WalkMe is a plus
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus
- Flexibility to work extra hours during quarter-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both technical and non-technical
