The future is ours, and it starts with you.With more than 7,700+ customers, we serve approximately 85% of the Fortune 500®, and we're proud to be one of FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® and World's Most Admired Companies.Learn more on Life at Now blog and hear from our employees about their experiences working at ServiceNow.**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:- Triage and resolve Anaplan data quality requests using ITSM- Develop and implement data quality rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data capture and maintenance- Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures, including terminology, definitions, and data categorization- Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders- Provide recommendations and system enhancements to address source data issues- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports- Perform ad hoc data quality analyses as needed- Build and support Anaplan Sales Performance Management (SPM) models- Implement and maintain WalkMe and AI Chatbot for Anaplan models**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Analytics, or Informatics- 1+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field- Working knowledge of ITSM, Anaplan, RightData, and WalkMe is a plus- Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus- Flexibility to work extra hours during quarter-end- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both technical and non-technicalFD21**Additional Information**ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
