**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyze and process requests for employee system & license access
- Create and maintain strategies and templates within collections tools
- Manage and update core training materials for administrators, Credit & Collections teams, and sales & services users related to the global Credit & Collections tools and/or associated business activities
- Create routine reports and analytics to support monthly operational scorecards
- Liaise with external vendors & BSC IT organization for system-related issues as necessary
- Make continuous improvement recommendations and subsequently lead, oversee, and influence others in adopting changes to the global Credit & Collections tools, associated system administration, and business processes - Including impact & risk analysis, management, and overall communication
- Analyze data & processes to support recommendations for improvements and to drive decision-making
- Enable routine, standardized, high-quality management processes around knowledge management, business continuity plan (BCP) planning and execution, system support, and governance documentation
- Compile monthly GBS management materials including task / project execution status tracking and performance management metrics
- Respond to numerous ad hoc queries from internal customers (which may include Sr. Management)

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 5 years of related business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Quick learner and able to engage well with internal customers
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with GETPAID and Billtrust is a plus
- Prior process improvement involvement
