A marketing analyst is a professional that analyzes data to support a company's marketing efforts.
The marketing analyst might use the insights they find to help a company make better business decisions like increasing revenue or optimizing marketing campaigns.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide budget management support.
- Provide comprehensive support in oracle (P2P) and marketing resource management (MRM) system.
- PO creation, invoicing (monitoring and submission), forecasting, certification, and vendor management.
- Monthly reconciliation of budget and resolution of all discrepancies with marketing accounting.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested.
- Vendor set up and management.
- Alignment with finance and departments to set plan, forecast and monthly estimates.
- Customized reporting.
- Weekly/biweekly status calls with budget owners, teams, and department.
**Role Requirements**
- Marketing degree or in a similar field.
- Previous finance, accounting or AP experience desired.
- High English proficiency C1+ to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Worked in oracle before.
- Worked across different time zones.
- Ability to switch gears when we have urgent requests.
- Understands budget management responsibilities (listed above).
- Eager to learn and grow within the team.
- Team oriented / Team Player.
- Ability to learn quickly in system/database.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel.
Ability to create Pivot Tables, Volokh up, Dashboards.
