In this unique global role, you will be responsible for initiating research, conducting due diligence, and analyzing data within a functional area which may include any areas described below.Role Responsibilities:Global Internal/external investigations of fraud, waste, abuse, and violations of the Code of Conduct.Global Credential Management for New Access and Restricted Areas.Risk Assessments for all Western Union Corporate Offices.Project Management support for Global Security Initiatives.Design, use and deployment of Internal and external fraud mitigation and reporting/tracking systems.Crisis Management and incident response.Employees and Contractors Training and Documentation for security best practicesData entry on confidential and security sensitive information.Global Inventory for Badging Supplies in Western Union main offices.Innovation and research of new technologies applicable to Western Union environment.Role Requirements: Advanced English Level.Experience with in-depth internet research.Analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.Proven leadership skills in teams and/or projects.Proven communication skills.Knowledge of internet research tools.Experience working within teams to achieve common goals.Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of Physical Security experience.Experience working with contractors.ASIS member.Experience working with geographically and functional diverse teams.Lean Six Sigma or any other process improvement methodology.
