**Your Opportunity**
Reporting to the Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor, the PTP Professional will support the Finance organization in the Account Payable function including vendor reconciliation, managing vendor payments, quality review, metrics, and all necessary controls to comply with the SOX control as well as understanding all the Accounts Payable flow to give proper resolutions on time.

We are looking for a leader capable to support different internal and external customers as well as drive efficient solutions to multiple teams.
**Responsibilities**:
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:
- Understand accounts payable accounting flows to investigate, analyse and report variances in the Balance sheet reconciliations and Supply Chain Finance platform.
- Managing daily payments using SAP in complying with Bacardi Policy and SOX controls as well as providing any audit evidence and metrics when required.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.
- Lead calls and communication with internal and external users to resolve outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define proper solutions.
- SysAid work assignment and shared inbox management within stablished SLA.
- Support other teams and processes within AP if required
Skills and Experience

- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Foreign language skills English 85% (French, Italian, Portuguese, German, is a plus).
- Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences.
- Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires mínimal direction and support.
- Good understanding of internal controls and ways of working.
- Ability to present and interact with more senior levels in the organization.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Strong AP experience - 2 years.

- Highly structured and able to prioritize the daily work as well of excellent time management.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to support team members with technical questions.
- Strong customer Service.
