The PR Compliance Analyst is a support position within the People Relations Team and is responsible for the overall global governance of PR processes and procedures, including reporting and data analytics.
You will report directly to Group Leader, People Relations and the main activities are related to PR governance and background screening but will also provide support to other members of the team (Sr. Advisor People Relations) on PR investigations (including interviewing, data gathering, preparing investigation summary reports) and other PR projects.

We will be looking for you to establish a relationship with a background screening vendor to facilitate support with key initiatives and to escalate issues for research, remediation, or resolution.
We require you to analyze trends to identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
You will partner with PR (People Relations) Leaders on external and internal audits related to background screenings.
Audit PR case management tool and case file monthly to flag any incomplete follow-up action items with the respective business.
Review and evaluate escalated Global background and rescreen adjudication cases—audit PR cases in the portal for preliminary categories and critical information.
You will prepare monthly PR reports (PR data, VOC, etc.).
You will handle workplace accommodations and tracking.
You will oversee Global HR Policy governance and auditing.
As part of your role, you will work with HRIS on the PR portal and dashboard enhancements.
Submit tickets/material for HR touchpoint, newsletter, and PR blogs.
Participate in PR investigations and projects as needed.
You need to review and evaluate escalated Global background and rescreen adjudication cases.
You will partner with the PR Leader on oversight of third-party labor spend (HireRight), Including partnership in procurement category strategy.
Establish a relationship with a background screening vendor to facilitate support with key initiatives and to escalate issues for research, remediation, or resolution—analysis of trends to identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
For such a key role in the company, you will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a similar field and 2-4 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent.
You have a proficient English Level (C1-83%).
You have experience in project management and collaboration.
You are a team player; we need you to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; knowledge of ServiceNow and other HR platforms (Workday, HireRight) will be preferred.
We expect you to understand, analyze, interpret data, develop queries, and present findings.
You have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Maturity in handling highly confidential information is a must.
