About the role:The Supplier Enablement Analyst is responsible for executing and managing all the activities for enabling suppliers to Ariba. This responsibility includes validating supplier enablement and connectivity requirements as well as training and onboarding supplier.Key Responsibilities:Support the overall supplier enablement strategy for onboarding suppliers to AribaSupport the development of standard requirements across the network to implement the supplier enablement process.Design, plan and execute testing to validate supplier enablement as part of overall system validation.Ensure supplier data collection is accurate for enablement.Execute the supplier enablement strategy in collaboration with supplier relationship managers, including managing any enablement escalations.Ability to manage onboarding independently, meeting time constraints and prioritizing deliverables.Be the subject matter expert for supplier enablement activities, including order collaboration, PO confirmation and invoice automation (electronic invoicing, PO flipping, etc.)Partner with Change Management team to develop communication strategies to both internal and external stakeholders to drive and maintain engagement momentum.Communicate supplier network portal connectivity information to supplierSupport the development of training requirements and train suppliers in the enablement processTrain supplier on supplier network portal tools, required formats and technical settingsInform Supplier on supplier network portal and Invoicing ResponsibilitiesResolve supplier objections or facilitate policy exception for supplierDevelop and manage KPIs as well as report on progress to attaining supplier enablement goals.Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and communicate solutions to the team.Support implementation of the Ariba PtP, including future state process design, requirements development and implementation.What we are looking for:Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.3 years of global P2P experience.Proven project management skills.Experience in using Ariba's PtP module and the supplier enablement processAnalytics and problem solving experienceExperience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of SAP.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
