Performs quality control audits to ensure best practices and standards are utilized and makes recommendations for enhancements. Establishes relationships among key stakeholders and acts as a liaison during the design, management and implementation of business information system and process changes. Assists with creating and maintaining technical user guides used to facilitate the learning of business information systems and supporting processes. Provide insights on opportunities to improve payroll processes and analysis to resolved any issues impacting employees pay. Participate in cross-functional projects to implement new technologies, training and/or enhance existing platforms. Support and assist in resolution of payroll system related issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate for resolution to our system providers.QualificationsEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field; or combination of post high school education and experience equal to six (6) years.EXPERIENCE:Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Payroll & Time and Attendance systems, Kronos experience highly preferred. Strong computer skills when using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated payroll system, Microsoft Office, proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Experience supporting tax filing processes in compliance with statutory regulations, employment and labor standards is preferred.Familiarity with human resources and audit policies and procedures to ensure standards are maintained. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint.COMPETENCIES:Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internal and external of the organization. Ability to document existing and new processes. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to utilize problem solving skills. Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Ability to interface business applications with other systems. Ability to effectively manage, deliver and coordinate projects across multiple organizations that may vary in nature and scope while applying project management methodology. Knowledge of applicable computer software and operating systems. Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of standard programming languages, concepts, practices, and procedures within the technology field. Knowledge of and the ability to understand integration needs and configure third party applications. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize tools, concepts, principles, and practices of data collection, analysis and testing.JOB SCOPE:Position impacts multiple business units/segments.WORKING CONDITIONS:Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
