We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial & Compliance Analyst to join our Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) team.
In this role, you will work closely with team members and business units to ensure compliance of policies, processes and procedures, as well as financial components related to the program spread across both Third-Party Labor and Global Sourcing & Procurement.Role Responsibilities Demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency within the reporting and analytics discipline.Act as a key contributor and ambassador in continuously improving GSP's contract management related process, policy, procedures, systems, communications, and training.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with GSP team members, and WU business units engaged in policy administration activities.Maintain reporting, documentation, databases and repositories of GSP datasets.Excellent analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and communicate conclusions concisely.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, vendors, partners and third parties.Role RequirementsBachelor´s degree and/or minimum of 3+ years of Accounting or Financial experience desiredExperience in operations with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder engagement.
Direct Third-Party Labor or Sourcing & Procurement experience is preferredFamiliarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred but not requiredExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders requiredProven ability to manage competing priorities and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work cross functionally with an ability to shift and adapt as required by daily prioritiesMust possess strong, decisive, and action-oriented mindset .
