Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple system interfaces by identifying and resolving interface errors.
- Process and monitor users access requests.
- Validate ABBY (Imaging system) data to enable the process of Operating expenses invoices.
- Ability to map out and insert data in multiple systems.
- Collaborate with internal team members to collect and analyze data.
- Participate in system rollout testing.
- Ability to pro-actively investigate, test and resolves system issues.
- Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau.
- Assist on providing information relating to our SOX controls with Internal / External Auditors.
- Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members and Management.
- Maintain team shared outlook mailbox, by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers.
- Ability to creatively analyze existing processes and develop solutions that utilize new and existing technologies to improve overall process and efficiencies, i.e., automation and robotics.
- Follow established Data procedures.
- Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and Management.
Qualification:
- Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Advanced English level - C1is essential.
- 2 Coding skills in languages such as SQL preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of data warehousing preferred but not essential.
- International experience is preferable
