**Job Description**:
Experian is seeking an Analyst Consultant to play a key role in supporting Mortgage Solutions. Mortgage is a rapidly growing business within Experian ecosystem, and provides innovative solutions for all aspects of mortgage lifecycle including prospecting, loan origination, loan servicing, risk management, and capital markets. Examples of solutions that Experian provides include portfolio analytics, machine learning based propensity and risk models, attributes, client specific analytics and custom modeling, as well as thought leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand the analytic needs of the mortgage industry through interactions with internal product management and sales leaders, clients, and partners.
- Support analytical projects from solution design and data integrity evaluation through solution development, documentation, implementation, and automation.
- Develops dashboards and reports, leveraging data visualization and other tools
- Communicate with and deliver presentations to end users on analysis results.
- Support the development of new analytical and data products and services, and the enhancement of current processes and offerings.
- Evaluate new data sources identifying the most appropriate machine learning/deep learning/data mining/text mining techniques to uncover the value of the data
- Work interactively with a team of highly trained and skilled consultants, statisticians, analysts, and project managers.
- Efficiently manage his/her own project queue and develop streamlined workflows with cross-functional teams.

- Advanced degree preferably in a related quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Economics).
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in analytics field preferably in capital markets or mortgage servicing.
- Advanced Experience in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau (preferred)
- Strong experience of visual storytelling through data (attach examples with resume)
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), and scripting languages (e.g. Python, SAS)
- Experience of working in cloud-based development environment and automation tools such as AWS and Airflow, and end-to-end modeling platforms (like AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML, Machinify etc.)
- Advanced experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to interpret data and solve business problems
- Proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, learn quickly, work independently, handle ambiguity, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Detail oriented individual that can work effectively in cross-functional teams
