As part of this team, you will be playing a significant role in supporting the compensation needs of our global organization by helping the management of the day-to-day administration of our Reward programs, including but not limited to Job Evaluations, Salary Survey Participation, and other various projects related to compensation and benefits.
We will be looking for you to support the compensation activities of the Compensation Center of Excellence (CCoE), covering 50+ countries, and partnering with Global Total Rewards colleagues.
Your tasks will involve supporting processes such as Market Data management, including participating in compensation and benefits surveys for 50+ countries annually.
Also, you will be completing job evaluations using Global Grading System.
You will be part of a global team to support the year-end compensation plan activities, including reviewing and designing the annual salary structure, conducting studies for specific functional areas, and conducting country reviews through analyzing market trends, all activities related to our GPS Rewards Annual Planning.
Among your metrics and KPIs, you will assist the team in global compensation data review and analytics, including the global design of the total rewards quarterly scorecard, and work on regional and other special projects as assigned.
For such a pivotal role, you'll ideally have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
You must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and be proficient in MS Word & PowerPoint while maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to responsibly handle confidential and sensitive information.
You should have proven knowledge or experience in compensation, including technical expertise in crucial compensation fundamentals, preferably from an HR consulting or multinational/global shared services environment.
You'll stand out if you know how to use tools such as Workday or have experience with job evaluation methodologies.
Global grading and Compensation Software systems (preferably WTW compensation software) would be desirable.
Expertise in providing support from a Compensation perspective to EMEA or North American regions will be a plus.
