- Reporting to the Procurement to Payment Supervisor, the Analyst, BES, PTP, BBSR will support the Finance organization in the BSR function including vendor reconciliation, substitute invoice, quality review, metrics, and all necessary controls to comply with the SOX control as well as understanding all the Accounts Payable flow to give proper resolutions on time.

**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Understand accounts payable accounting flows to investigate, analyse and report variances in the Balance sheet reconciliations and Supply Chain Finance platform; as well as resolving outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define correct actions plans on the markets assigned.
- Lead calls and communication with internal and external users to resolve outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define proper solutions.
- Perform seamlessly SOX controls and internal controls.
- Maintain process documentation and metrics.
- Support other teams and processes within AP if required.
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Previous experience in Purchase to Pay Operations with high knowledge in SAP (EDI, E-invoicing, SRM (Purchasing software), OCR, Direct debit experience is preferred).
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.
- Sense of urgency and proactiveness.
- Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires mínimal direction and support.
- Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)
