**Your role at Baxter**
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for activities related to the various entities within a region. The role requires understanding of accounting matters, problem-solving skills and strong collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.
**Purpose of this position**
Responsible for the record of entries, perform monthly accounting activities and prepare inventory account reconciliations. In addition, prepare reports to support corporate organization to disclosure Baxter Financial Statements.
**What you'll be doing**
- Reconcile Inventory and MFG accounts such as in transit, on hand, consignment. clearing, revaluation, etc
- Communicate and follow up reconciliation differences for issues resolution.
- Perform month end close systems support related to inventory and manufacturing variances.
- Provide customer service and deal with ad-hoc requirements.
- Support on the standardization process related to reconciliations and in general all the Baxter internal control best practices.
**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting
- 1.5 - 2 years previous work experience as Accounting Analyst
- Strong reporting tools including MS Excel
- Languages: English level B1+
- Experience in JDE Oracle and Blackline is a plus
**Strong accounting knowledge and proven experience.
