**Your role at Baxter**
The Analyst, Accountant is responsible for activities related to Accounting to Report (A2R) with emphasis in inventory management processes such as costing, reserves, revaluation, on hand, discards, supply chain finance, and others. The role requires understanding of reconciliation process, accounting analysis, task-oriented, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams. In addition, requires meeting compliance requirements and work with high quality and delivery on time focus.

**What you'll be doing**
- Reconcile Accounting to Report accounts,trend analysis and variancecomments.
- Communicate and follow up reconciliation's differences for resolution of issues.
- Perform month end close activities timely.
- Provide customer serviceand deal with ad-hoc requirements.
- Deliver all internal and external audit requirements.
- Propose, develop, and take part of projects related to process improvements.
- Comply with Corporate Policies and SOX.
**What you'll bring**
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Background in Cost and/or Inventory accounting
Proven experience in a multinational environment and/or audit
Good knowledge of USGAAP Analytical skills
Communication skills, diplomatic, flexible and "cando"mind-set
Fluentin both written and spokenEnglish(B2+)
Advance reporting tools including MSExcel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerQuery
ERP System knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualified CPI
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
- Experience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantage-Additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end, projectssupport, auditassessment or ad-hoc requirements) may be required. Also, and on an exceptional basis, the role may require work on public holidays
