The Import & Export Analyst, works under the direction of the Export (*) Supervisor in charge of:
Coordinate the international logistics for import, all the raw materials as well MRO's and/or all the supplies needed for the operation of CMS.

Coordinate the export of the finish goods to the assigned DC and overseeing the delivery of goods.

Responsible for arranging, preparing and confirming order approval, handling pricing and information and releasing invoices.

Send documentation that coincides with shipments and are responsible for maximizing space capacity of containers and coordinating schedules with the Freight Forward.

Control all the shipping and export documents for PROCOMER and Customs audits.

Import/export coordinators must be up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt appropriately

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Securing continuous provision for production lines.
- Coordinate all the shipments out of the manufacturing plant.
- Coordinate the pickup of the materials and the international transportation.
- Coordinate the pickup of the finish goods at CMS plant.
- Elaborate the shipping Invoices and shipping documents and deliver to the broker for Customs process.
- Keep inform the purchasing department and warehouse personnel of all the import in transit to CMS and arrange priorities.
- Coordinate with the Freight Forward/Broker all shipments in and out of CMS as well the customs process and work as a team.
- Send the shipping documents to the assigned DC for customs purpose at destination.
- Review and file all the shipping and import documents for customs and Procomer audits.
- Works in a team environment to support internal and external customer requirements.
- Ensures compliance to regulations of Quality Systems.
- Communicate with export and import and related authorities as necessary to ensure efficient, positive activities.
- Report on future changes in import/export law and relevant local territory practices as well if apply.
- Team up with CRP Team in order to process international shipments.
- Work with Global Trade Compliance, USA Broker, and International DCs.
- Work closely with Corporate Planning, CMS Plants and Manufacturing.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-4 years of experience
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
- Advanced English
- SAP knowledge preferred
