Funciones del Puesto

Issue and distribute invoices
Process new contracts and sales
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
Handle customer complaints and inquiries
Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
Prepare and present analytical reports
Assist with monthly and quarterly account audits and clean-ups
Troubleshoot any problems or errors

Requisitos del Puesto

Demonstrable experience as a billing analyst or in a similar accounting role
Good knowledge of electronic invoicing procedures
English level B2-C1
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field preferred
