AMS Supply Chain Automation and Analytics role focused on develop new tools following the HPEs policies and standards, our goal is to find news ways to improve our process and reduce the manual work, either by traditional macros to advanced Bots helping us to achieve that.
We have to challenge our daily process that includes but is not limited to : AMS Supply Chain backlog Management reports, Supply chain fallout support, SC General reports generation/automation, Local and global initiatives support.
**In a typical day as a AMS Supply Chain Process Automation Expert you would**:
- Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.
- Independently execute complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
- Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.
- Partner with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
- Lead cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
- Define and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.
- Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
- Mentorsjunior-level staff and establishes guidelines for the mentorship programs.
- Lead and manages a Regulatory Trade Compliance program.

- Bachelor's Degree or advanced university degree, preferred, in Systems engineering, electronical engineering or related
- Typically 6 to 10 years of experience in a supply chain function, such as order book management or materials specifically in** automation and programming.

- Advanced in verbal and written communication and presentation skills, mastery in** english.

- Strong knowledge and experience in C# programming language
- Workfusion RPA Certification
- Power BI Certification
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience in more than one supply chain function.
- Strong knowledge in SQL Query
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Very strong understanding of the company's overall supply chain strategy.
- Excellent understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP and master scheduling.
- Strong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.
