In this role you'll be required to review and analyse real-time transactions for potential violations; ensuring all transactions processed by Convera are compliant to external and internal regulations and policies.
Your duties will also include:
- Utilise a wide variety of research tools, manuals, bulletins, and guidelines for transaction and entity reviews
- Deliver high quality, productivity, efficiency, attendance results that meet the identified targets
- Participate in the department's educational program through bulletins, training sessions, and sanctions or regulatory updates.
- Ensure that Sanction, Interdictions and PEP cases are correctly referred and appropriately escalated
- Adherence to the established guidelines and procedures
You'll ideally have and be able to commit to:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Multitasking skills
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
You must be able to commit to a shift pattern of Sunday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm.
