America'S Sales Operations Analyst

This role is for an Americas Customer Enterprise and Sales Enablement Sales Operations Analyst. The job will be based out of Costa Rica but will require close collaboration with the Business Unit and customer stakeholders in multiple locations globally. The Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Business Unit team to enable and support Order to Cash transactions globally for current software offerings, new software support, and software warranty extensions, while helping to define long term scalable solutions, models, and capabilities that will help grow this revenue channel.

The Sales Operations Analyst will support order to cash process, while ensuring customer setup activities are effectively managed through product invoicing, product return coordination, product quoting, and support case resolution through Salesforce, confirming capabilities and processes are followed/enabled. The Sales Operations analyst will collaborate closely with customers, the BU, and cross-GTMO teams to ensure appropriate channels are followed and processes managed efficiently and effectively. Be the primary interface between customers operations and the BU, thinking global first to ensure Regional GTMO Operations impacts are recognized and managed. The Sales Operations Analyst will also engage as a primary input into a strategic taskforce that will work to define scalable business models and capabilities required to grow and support the Business Unit.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
University Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in program or project management experience.
1+ SAP working experience
Advanced working knowledge of Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Operation or related field.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
**In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
