You will act as the point of contact for internal and external customer's onboarding requests.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization including Sales, Fulfillment teams, to name a few, in order to provide a comprehensive and seamless boarding experience.
**What you'll do**:
- Explain/document the processes required for associates to perform given responsibilities.
- Add richness to the content by offering first-hand field knowledge that can be shared with others to improve knowledge exchange and transfer.
- Attend Weekly/Monthly meetings with the Leadership & Internal Support Areas and join BU meetings of new and/or updates on the process.
- Contribute to the service improvement efforts of the team and implement changes in a positive way.
- Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.
- Assist the agents on the floor or virtually (Remotely) with daily support
- Deep case investigation, reach out to other team members as required.
- Provide full visibility to Leadership on any special request/assignment.
- Backup Leadership when is not available and communicate any issue accordingly.
- Contributes to daily production queues as per company needs to ensure SLA's are met.
- Participates in special projects assigned per management needs.
**What experience you need**:
- 2+ years of experience working in Contract-to-Order value chain processes.
- 2+ years of experience preparing executive summary reports and presentations to CRMs and AEs.
- 6-month experience in Microsoft Office Excel-PowerPoint basic Intermediate level.
- English skills both oral and written (B2)
- Bachelor's degree
