Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as a key link between our RTL and pre-silicon verification engineers and AI tools teams/vendors, understanding the potential of AI tools and the requirements of our engineers.
2. Champion the needs of our engineers with AI tools teams/vendors, facilitating the development of necessary features in the AI tools.
3. Create additional features for existing AI tools to streamline their integration into our engineers' workflows.
4. Identify and automate the best prompts for AI tools, ensuring uniform usage across the engineering team.
5. Regularly review and update AI integrations to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our engineering group.
6. Collaborate closely with our engineering group to troubleshoot any issues with the AI integrations and make necessary adjustments.
8. Provide training and support to our engineering group to help them effectively use the AI integrations.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 1+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong software development skills, with proficiency in Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with GIT.
- Advanced English level.
- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX.
- Academic background in RTL and/or pre-silicon verification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently when required.
