Position responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location or person.
- Assist the Business/Sales Manager or the Production Manager in introducing and presenting to customers the Apex Boats brand, the factory, the boats in exhibitions...
- Meets with potential customers to determine their boating needs. Provide information necessary to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision.
- Maintains current product knowledge by using available resources, i.e., product brochures, Internet and product information training meetings...
- Maintains awareness of advertised items, current pricing structures and promotions
- Generates and manages leads & prospects in provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool on a daily basis, specifically entering new customers and conducting and documenting follow up activities and daily tasks with customers before and after the sale.
- Answer multi-line phones in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Direct all inbound calls to the appropriate associate or department and take complete and accurate messages if requested associate is unavailable.
- Maintain a clean and professional work area.
- Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Perform other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor diploma or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience preferably in a Retail or Sales environment
Communication Skills
Fluent level of English & Spanish written and spoken
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
