**In this role, you will**:
- Lead development teams and projects
- Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates
- Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases
- Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
- Provide high-level estimation of project/developer effort required to complete the project
- Configure Dispatcher (caching, security, with CDN)
- Configure AEM as a headless CMS (Content Services, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments)
- Implement AEM components with support for SPA editor capabilities
- Establish project scaffolding and associated automation tools for the project
- Debug or troubleshoots complex or critical issues that junior positions cannot handle and provides root cause analysis
- Own software release activities, including but not limited to reviewing code changes, client demos, QA hand-offs, and presenting solutions and justifications for tasks
- When acting as the technical leader, owns the technical architecture and design of the web solution and oversees the frontend development activities
- Gather new user and business requirements, maps them to appropriate technical solutions, and estimates the associated development tasks
- Ensure concise and clear documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects as dictated by each Capability' guidelines and best practices
- Code reviewing, mentoring, and enforces coding guidelines and best practices for more Junior teammates
- Help coordinate the team's technical communication with other groups such as Creative, Business, and Management
- Implement a content structure and taxonomy for a project
- Employ security guidelines and maintain build processes
- Create and maintain asset schemas
**What are we looking for?

You should have:
- Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)
- Experience implementing Adobe AEM (CQ5 or AEM 6.X)
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with content management technologies
- Minimum of 5 years of J2EE programming experience
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services
- Experience working with geographically separate project teams
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
- Experience with secure coding practices
- Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment.
- Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns
- Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment
- Experience with OSGi Components, Services, and Configuration
- Experience with Installation, Integration, and Configuration of AEM
- Experience with configure AEM to be integrated with Adobe Marketing Cloud and third-party services
**It's a plus if you have**:
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience as Software Development in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, SCRUM/Agile software projects)
- Experience implementing Adobe AEM 6.2 and later required; AEM 6.5
- Experience with Adobe Target
- AEM Developer or AEM Architect certification
