Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the process of receiving, evaluating, and responding to customer RFPs, ensuring timely and efficient engagement with Global Technology resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, technology support, and product management, to meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for gathering and incorporating voice of customer insights into software development processes and ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
- Monitor progress of initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
**What You'll Bring**:
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Information Technology or Product Management role, with a focus on project management and customer engagement. - Proven leader with strong collaborate experience managing cross organizational teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
