**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Document procedures from scratch
- Revise and update procedures as part of a continuous improvement culture
- Update procedures according to legislation changes
- Handles procurement requisitions and keeps track of the open tasks
- Collaborates with procurement with specialized vendors and assessments
- Handles seminar planning: coordination of dates, training rooms, services, materials and any other requirement
- Takes charge of interactions with local department of Trade Compliance for support with technical language and information required during imports/exports
- Keeps track of the assets of the BU, documents any temporary loan and establishes the necessary records and controls to be prepare for internal audits
- Comply with mandatory trainings that are essential to a safe work, at customer´s and Emerson.
Follows all safety and health guidelines given from Emerson and BU
- Fully document activities and reports on a shared space for the BU
- Contributes to the order and safety of the laboratory

**Qualifications**

Education
- Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar
- Languages: Spanish at a native level, English at a basic level is a plus but not required

Specialized knowledge
- Perfect Execution, lean tools
- Power BI basics
- Project management
- SharePoint
- Visio
- Imports/Exports basic knowledge

**Skills**:

- Good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capability to work on multiple tasks at the time
- Collaborates with cross-business and cross-regional teams to leverage expertise where is it available to get the job done
- Data analysis for decision making

Abilities
- Proactive and energetic

Professional certification
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge of Microsoft environment: outlook, teams, powerpoint, excel, power BI, Minitab

Experience
- Projects related to quality management
- Team leading in small projects
- Continuous improvement projects
- Inventory control projects
- Quality improvement projects

**Working Conditions**
- Can switch between remote and office work conditions, as requested
- Applications lab / showroom: constantly welcome customer to the laboratory
- Virtually collaborates with cross-business and cross-regional teams to leverage expertise where is it available to get the job done
