**Role Description**:
**Key sponsibilities**:
Finance:

- Organizing payment tables and keeping them up to date with accurate information about outstanding payments, invoices, and expenses
- Reaching out to accounts payable or shareholder to request money for various expenses, such as office supplies, equipment, and rent
- Sending reminders to accounts payable or shareholders about outstanding payments and following up with them to ensure that payments are made on time
- Keeping detailed records of all financial transactions, including payments received and expenses incurred
- Generating reports and presenting financial data to management and other stakeholders as needed
- Collaborating with other departments and vendors to ensure that all invoices and expenses are accurate and accounted for
- Conducting regular audits of financial records and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting with financial forecasting and planning, and providing input on strategies for managing cash flow and maximizing profitability
- Communicating with external financial partners, such as banks and investors, to ensure that the company's financial needs are met and that all reporting requirements are fulfilled

**Banking and Accounting**:

- Reviewing and reconciling monthly bank details to ensure accuracy and reconciliation
- Matching bank transactions with payments to ensure all payments have been received and processed correctly
- Verifying and reconciling credit card transactions to ensure all charges are legitimate and authorized
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank and credit card statements and internal records
- Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
- Monitoring and reconciling petty cash and expense reports to ensure comp
