**Role Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Assist with organizing company events and special projects.
Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
Perform general office duties as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in curse.
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar administrative role.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
