**Salesforce Administrator**
As a key contributor you will play a significant role in driving the rapid growth of a leading FinTech while helping customers and empowering team members.

**You**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, database, computer science or other technical field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Salesforce Administration Certification or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and skills development via Trailblazer, etc.
- Proven ability to understand business needs and design, create and implement Salesforce processes
- Strong data management abilities, including deduplication and data hygiene
- Experience with Salesforce Ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. helpful.
**What you'll do**
- Oversee administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Mentor and train users and sales leaders as applicable
- Provide user support for and assist with change management activities

Pay: ¢915,397.81 - ¢1,453,867.11 per month
