Accounts Receivable Support

Support our accounts receivable processes, including with the following:

- Manage day to day oversight of Accounts Receivable inbox, including new supplier forms and callbacks.
- Provide support for client invoicing and recording cash receipts.
- Co-manage Accounts Receivable aging issues and follow up procedures.
- Record monthly revenue-related journal entries.
- Perform month end account reconciliations.
- 5+ years of general accounting experience here would be ideal. This skill set would also include working knowledge of general ledger systems, familiarity with charts of account, familiarity and experience with balance sheet reconciliations, and experience performing month-end close tasks/closing the books on a monthly basis.
- To the extent these individuals have some sort of professional designation (CPA, CMA, CPA/CMA-equivalent), that would be a significant plus.

We imagine the scope and throughput will be sufficient to need 1 FTE. This scope will require resources who are familiar with Workday Financials or similar general ledger systems.
