You will be a high-performing resource providing support to Experian customers, responding to requests for information, documentation, invoices status and submitting the requests to the client's portal. You will address client inquiries, involving the appropriate internal departments and staff to ensure requirements are met.
**Position Expectations**:
The key traits, responsibilities and functions of the role include:
- Document and communicate solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and collectors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused individual with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills. In addition to the following:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of call center customer support experience.
- Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in Collections or Billing is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge.
- Advanced problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team and teamwork focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
