**Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership, expertise and guidance to the Accounts Payable Analysts to enable them to provide timely and accurate services and responses to queries.
- Identify, work on and propose continuous system and process improvements to enhance services delivery.
- Work closely with Management to set and control performance targets, teamwork plans, and mitigate identified risk areas.
- Ensure SLA compliance through KPIs creation.
- Assist with day-to-day AP cycle activities, hands-on approach.
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately and efficiently processed and paid.
- Monitor workload distribution and ensure Key metrics goals are met, including quality checks.
- Identify training gaps and address them.
- Create and maintain Accounts Payable related documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5+ years job experience in Accounts Payable end-to end processes.
Preferable with Shared Services experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting field
- English skills of 85% (oral, written & comprehension)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good knowledge of relevant software tools - SAP
- Strong Customer service orientation
- Comfortable in a fast pace and ability to drive continuous process improvements
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative & Proactive
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.
