This position is created to manage the Accounts Payable and related processes and matters to make sure all policies and duties are done in compliance.
Assist the management team in sustainable improving practices in terms of processes, costs, and staff.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure Accounts Payable functions are completed with accuracy, in a timely mannerManage timely and accurately posting of vendor invoices to ensure that the US branches keep their prompt payment discounts and/or credit lines and that the company's working capital position is optimizedLiaise with the management team to implement process improvements and proper training to ensure the most efficient service of dynamic vendor accountsDevelop, audit, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basisAssist on documenting and updating Accounts Payables procedures and processesAssist with project work and analysis as requiredSupervise HBSCR policy compliance (vacations approval, ADP requests, dress code, among others)Supervise SOP, Manuals, Flowcharts and DWI for the AP Vendor Management processAdditional tasks as assigned by the DirectorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position supervises direct reports.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
