Work Flexibility: HybridJob descriptionThe AP Clerk will be responsible for activities related to the processing and invoice troubleshooting at Stryker's Costa Rica Shared Service Center.This is a Shared Services role related to standing up the Finance One optimization program.What you will do Invoice ProcessingBooking of regular invoices and credit memos in different ERP systemsMake invoice adjustmentsArchive processed invoicesInvoice Troubleshooting Identify and track issues while processing invoices (currency, taxes, PO issues, discrepancies, etc.
)Act as the first step of escalation: resolves price and quantity discrepancies.
Contact Buyers, End User and any other parties involved on resolution.Request coding and approval information for NON- PO invoices and ensure full process completion.Reconciles Supplier Statements and/or investigates invoice processing errorsWhat you needCollege StudentMS Office Suite English B1-B2Oracle and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus6 months of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systemsTravel Percentage: 10%
