Accounts Payable Clerk

**Become an Outcoder as an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk**

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- 1 + years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience.
- General knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience with Excel and ERP accounting systems.
- Strong motivation for process improvement.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**These will be your primary/secondary responsibilities**:

- Manage AP inbox
- Scanned and Rename PO scanned from warehouse to shared drive
- Match Purchase Orders, Proof of deliveries with invoices
- Enter all invoices in Deacom
- Work with purchasing department for any invoices/po with discrepancies
