Key Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE

The AP/Payment Analyst is responsible for preparing payment proposals, payment batches, processing manual / exception payments and provides problem resolution and supporting balancing and reconciling activities as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor´s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in interfacing with business customers and Cash Management team. - Experience in accounts payable.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in using accounting and financial systems and banking solutions Experience in interfacing with business customers in resolving payment issues Excellent customer service skills
