Job summary
Amazon Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) plays a key role in the company's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company.
FGBS includes finance functions like Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, as well as other functions like Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Reconcile, audit, and monitor vendor accounts with high complexity
- Case resolution according the KPIs to achieve the company goals
- High level understanding of MX market + tax treatments.
- Partnering with vendors to resolve account statement discrepancies.
- Work closely with finance operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing
- Deliver training to vendors to clarify retail processes
- Engage with retail, tax or accounting for vendor inquires resolution.
- Support organizational/operational projects
Experienced in case(ticket) handling/ resolution.
Experienced in payments & accounts payable related functions in a BPO Experience with Oracle Financials Studying or completed B.S.

in Finance/Accounting (or related field)
