Accounts Payable Agent - Cr

This position is created to manage and resolve any inquiry regarding past due invoices, disputes, update accounts, and/or any other special needs vendors and branches that might have.Main Role and ResponsibilitiesRead, analyze and enter data of all vendor documents by using HWL software systems (JIRA, Hellogic, K&H, and WorldTrak).Review invoices for payment by comparing estimated costs in the operational systems versus the actual amount on the invoices.Forward invoices with missing or wrong reference numbers to the vendor for follow-up.Forward invoices with discrepancies, between estimated costs and the actual amount for branch offices to approve or dispute.Meet quality goals and metrics defined by the management team.Follow processes defined by the management team.Receive, review and analyze statements of AP accounts to provide invoice status to the vendors.Communicate and follow up with vendors on missing invoices, invoices with missing reference numbers, and wrong billing.Follow up on disputes and ensures their complete resolution.Maintain excel spreadsheets with account details on a monthly basis.Submit vendor requests to Data Steward for updating the vendor profile or setting up new vendor accounts.Download, prepare and process the CASS payment.Additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma requiredAccount Payable Experience Finance / Accounting Experience Advanced English level (B2+, C1)Reporting Analysis and CreationWORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics are similar of those of an office setting with various office equipment.
