**Accounting & Finance Consultant (Hybrid)**

SGF Global is looking for an Accounting & Finance Consultant, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Overview**:
The Accounting and Finance Consultant will conduct accounting and finance activities across the organization.
In this role, you will conduct continuous process improvements, prepare financial reports and collaborate with other teams to integrate indicators and metrics into reports to measure business success across the organization.
You will contribute to developing the strategy, plans and processes to consistently deliver operational excellence on key accounting processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Preferred background in IT industry (financial management)
- Make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory, information to effectively solve problems.
- English C1
- Full time (8h)
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Prepare, collect and interpret financial information.
- Using deep knowledge of business and accounting principles and practices, review and analyze complex financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare budgets, reports, forecasts and statutory returns.
- Independently review and create complex financial and nonfinancial reports or packages.
- Conduct financial analyses of proposals, investments and fund sources.
- Audit and monitor the execution of the internal global control framework to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
- Provide management reporting and identify business insights from the financial data to help enhance business decision making.
